Craig has been in the restaurant business for more than a decade. He got his start at the St. Louis Bar & Grill flagship location at Yonge and Eglinton. Craig then transfered to the Bistro on Avenue – the famous location which helped inspire the entire St. Louis franchise. He excelled during his 8 years at the bistro, quickly becoming general manager while maintaining a role in the kitchen. During his tenure, the restaurant won numerous awards, including best wings and best local pub.
Craig’s rumoured to have set a record at the Bistro on Avenue during Super Bowl season by cooking and serving 1000 lbs of wings. But he’s a humble man who says the rumour isn’t true (because he actually cooked 1150 lbs that day.)
In recent years Craig was instrumental in launching the St. Louis franchise at Dufferin and Finch, which, under Craig’s direction, was equipped with the city’s first chicken wing drive-thru.
Craig is eager to get back in the kitchen to supply our citizens with the gravy their stomachs have been grumbling for.
